In compliance with personal data protection regulations, we inform you that your data will be processed by the Subdirección General de Evaluación y Calidad del Sistema of the Secretaría General de la Formación Profesional of the Ministerio de Educación, Formación Profesional y Deportes in C/ Alcalá 34. 28071 Madrid, and incorporated into the processing activity FPCONECTA.

The purpose of the processing is to ensure accessibility contact for the SOYFP application.

The lawfulness of the data processing is based on Article 6.1(c) compliance with a legal obligation and 6.1(e) performance of a task carried out in the public interest of the GDPR (EU) 2016/679.

The data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose and to determine possible responsibilities.

You may exercise the rights under Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation through the Ministry’s electronic headquarters, in person at registration offices, or by postal mail. You may also file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, the supervisory authority for personal data protection (www.aepd.es/en). The SOYFP mobile application collects data about the type of device used (screen resolution, operating system and version, model and provider) and navigation between screens (content is not recorded). This information is anonymous and will be used to improve the functioning of the mobile application. This information is not shared with third parties. The SOYFP mobile application does not include advertising.
